Samsung is set to release two new devices Samsung E1110 and E2510, for those who believe in simplicity. These two devices are basically for those who need their mobile phone only for talking and texting purpose. There are also few such people who do not want their phone wrapped with some high-end technology or with some ultra sound music capabilities. The two devices are targeted for such few people.
Samsung E1110 is a simple mobile phone with a 1.3 inch display screen and a small resolution of 128×128 pixels. It offers support to Bluetooth and has MP3 ring tone capabilities. E1110 has internal memory of 1.5 MB but unfortunately there is no support for external micro SD card to expand the memory. The E1110 phone’s battery offers a talk time of 8 hours and stand by time up to 20 days.
Samsung E2510, a clamshell phone with a good looking design features 1.9 inch screen with 128 x 128 pixel resolution which supports 65K colors. The phone also extends its support for Bluetooth technology and FM. The phone integrates a VGA camera but on the other hand it does not provide support for 3G. E2510 has built-in memory of 15MB and can be expanded up to 2GB. The battery life is also quite decent that provides 7 hours of talk time and 400 hours of stand by time.
At present there is no news on its availability and pricing for the Samsung’s two mobile phone for simple users.
