Samsung has recently witnessed growing popularity in India with its Corby lineup hitting off really well with the youth. Today, the company has pulled out four fresh smartphones from its kitty. The portfolio includes three new Wave 525, 533 and 575 handsets based on its bada platform along with the Omnia 652.
The Wave devices furnish 3.2 inch WQVGA TFT displays and 100MB internal memory. Further, these come with a free 2GB microSD card and support expandable memory of up to 16GB. It endows handset owners with a simple intuitive user interface as well as quick access to the Samsung Apps store.

On the other hand, the Samsung Omnia 652 operates on Windows 6.5 and is loaded with ActiveSync which offers complete access to business push e-mail. Moreover, it lets users organize their personal e-mails on Yahoo and Windows Live. Preinstalled with the Microsoft Office 2010, professionals can view and edit PowerPoint presentations and create, view or edit Word and Excel documents. It is fitted with a QWERTY keypad, customizable homescreens and online widget support. This 3G (HSDPA) ready device sports a video telephony camera.
It integrates Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB and GPS along with the Internet Explorer 6. The handset bunches up 2.0 megapixel camera, YouTube Apps, Sound Alive, up to 16GB of additional storage support and a 3.5pi audio ear jack. The Omnia 652 is packed with a 1500mAH battery which provides users with up to 12 hours of talk time and 600 hours standby time on 2G networks as well as up to 7.3 hours talk time and 441 hours standby time on 3G.
The Samsung Wave 525, 533, 723 and Omnia 652 are retailing for Rs. 8,800, Rs. 9,900, Rs. 13,500 and Rs. 10,600 in the Indian markets.
