Developer Extra Moon’s mobile app serves a very basic function – it lets you set alerts so you can remember to call or text your significant other. If you think you’re going to be too busy to bother with either, you must contend with the fact that you might as well not be in a relationship and you could also resort to sending an automated text message until you’ve sorted out your priorities.

Afraid of sounding repetitive? Pick up the phone or write your own message. Or refer to the sections separating your auto-texts into Rarest and Freshest.
The developer has linked to a study on Taylor & Francis Online which claims that “Texting to express affection was associated with higher reported partner attachment for both men and women.” Users can change the settings in order to be able to add more than one person to the list of contacts here and fiddle around with specific controls for the frequency, days or hours when you want the messages sent.
