Play TNA Wrestling Mobile Video Game in development by TNA Wrestling and Longtail Studios

TNA Wrestling Mobile Video Game Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling has announced their collaboration with Longtail Studios to develop the first mobile wrestling game for the mobile platform.

This mobile video game brings out the wrestling and storytelling aspects of professional wrestling. It allows players to enter the world of the TNA world and get into the shoes of the most popular TNA wrestlers to become the upcoming superstar of the game.

Gamers are expected to go head-to-head with the renowned TNA wrestlers while they are playing in the ring and even out of it. The users are offered with turn-based wrestling gameplay as well as master strategy.

“TNA is consistently searching out new media platforms to better serve our fans worldwide, and mobile gaming will put our brand at the cutting edge of gaming,” commented TNA President Dixie Carter.

Players have to take decisions and form alliances that will be developed outside the ring and which are anticipated to affect inside the ring. It also comes with customizable characters, which would be created by the fans or the gamers.

“Wrestling is about so much more than what happens inside the ring. With the TNA mobile game fans will get to experience and control the action both in and out of the ring,” explained Jason Altman, Head of Production, Longtail Studios.

Collecting points to learn the latest moves and finishes, is the objective of gamers. Moreover, special matches such as tag team gauntlet and iron man formats are also included.

TNA Wrestling provides a six-sided ring, the high-flying “X Division,” and concept matches, including “Ultimate X,” “King of the Mountain,” and “Six Sides of Steel.” After players reach the unlockable unlimited wrestling mode, they have the freedom to access TNA superstars such as Kurt Angle, A.J. Styles, Christian Cage, Samoa Joe, Sting and The Latin American Xchange and many more.

The TNA Wrestling mobile video game, which has been published by Advanced Mobile Applications, is expected for download and purchase by Spring 2008.
