Palm is rumored to come up with two new handsets. We don’t know how far this holds truth. The two new smartphones are codenamed Zeppelin and Skywriter.
This news was confirmed by a development programme document sent to Palm’s developer partners who are said to be making applications for the device. As the document is said to have a development deadline of 30 May there have been a lot of speculations about the launch date of these smartphones. Looking at the document, it is said to launch in the third quarter of the year.
The smartphone that is codenamed Zeppelin is assumed to be a Windows Mobile 6.1 device with GPS and Wi-Fi. There is some rumored spec about the Skywriter as well. The Skywriter is assumed to be a Centro like Windows Mobile device.
This is all we heard about these two smartphones. We wish these phones come up with something exciting. Information on the range of pricing is not yet available.
