The most recent announcement from O2 reveals the introduction of a new 24 month tariff plan for iPhone users. This scheme a reward for the loyal customers who have shown a lot of interest in the iPhone.
Customers who choose to sign up the 24 month tariff can take home an 8GB iPhone 3G absolutely free at £34.26 per month and a 16 GB iPhone 3G for free at £44.05 per month. Additionally, users can also enjoy all the benefits of the new Tariff plan that also includes visual voicemail, unlimited access to over 9500 public Wi-Fi hotspots and unlimited UK data.
“The iPhone has been hugely popular with over one million units sold in the UK,” states Peter Rampling, Marketing Director at Telefónica O2 UK. “This new 24 month tariff option will meet the demand of customers who are looking for added value in exchange for committing to a longer contract.”
Well, the 18 months iPhone tariff has not been changed by O2. iPhone 3G is available in 80 countries around the world and has recorded more than 800 million downloads till date. The 24 month iPhone 3G contract is only available at £34.26 and £44.05 tariff points.
The 24 month iPhone 3G tariff plan will be available from 3rd April via O2, Apple and Carphone Warehouse sales channels.
