Verizon Wireless EscapadeMobile users can now look for easy and convenient communication courtesy Verizon Wireless. The company recently introduced the new Verizon Wireless Escapade phone that has been developed by Personal Communications Devices, LLC for global communication. Claimed to be a must-have phone for globetrotters and jet-setters, this dual band GSM handset is equipped for international communications.

The newly launched and innovative mobile phone enables users to place voice calls in more than 220 destinations across the world. The key features of this device include dual band CDMA 1X and quad band GSM/GPRS (900/1800, 850/1900) along with a pre-installed SIM card. Besides it has dual color displays – internal 2, 262k color TFT and 1.1, 65k color CSTN external, along with Bluetooth enabled support for headset, hands-free, phonebook access, and Object Push for vCard profiles.

There is an in-built 2.0 mega pixel camera also. Additionally it includes distinct features like voice command keys, mobile web capabilities with access to the latest news and more. Other than that text, picture and voice messaging, T9 predictive text, bilingual interface supporting English and Spanish languages are also included in the handset. The Verizon Wireless Escapade is available in a Glossy wine design and packed in a slick clamshell form factor.

Media Center capabilities of the phone enable users to download games, ringtones, and location-based services. Features like access to Mobile Email, Mobile Web Mail, Mobile IM and chat are also included. VZ Navigator in the newly released mobile phone allows for audible turn-by-turn directions to more than 15 million points of interest in the U.S, including directions which can be shared with others.

It is available for $29.99 after a $50.00 mail-in rebate with a new two year customer agreement.
