Samsung is on its way to release a new phone that has an incredible new feature. The SCH-W760 is a slider that utilizes infrared rays, so that a light source is not required while making a video call. This means now video calls can be made even in dark rooms. However, the images users obtain are black and white.
The phone packs in a DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) reception and a 2.8 inch AMOLED screen. It also features a 3 Megapixel camera for crisp images, Bluetooth connectivity for easy file transfers and music player for music on the go. Then there are add-ons like mobile printing, flashlight, e-dictionary and global GSM connectivity.
Samsung W760 is said to be available only in South Korea, by means of SK Telecom. There has been no mention about the phone’s price and release date so far.
