myLifter application lets you lift heavy objects via your smartphone

No, the myLifter application will not magically lift heavy objects while you are busy swiping your fingers on your device’s touchscreen, but it definitely helps you control a gadget which is capable enough to move things. A motorized smart lifting device called myLifter takes instructions from you through the application to do the task of moving objects. It works with iOS phones and tablets over Bluetooth 4.0.

It is great to store things in places that are hard to reach and save on some space. Another advantage is that a finger is all that you have to move in order to make the gadget lift heavy or awkward items. This unit is easy to install as it measures 3 x 4.5 x 4.5 inches and tips the scales at 2 pounds. Handling and installing it should not be much of a task either given its small size.

But the makers of the device make it pretty clear that just because it is small, does not mean it is not capable of lifting some really heavy objects. At a time, it can handle as much weight as 50 pounds and can be used for moving cargo boxes, bicycles, kayaks and more. And in case you need to move an extremely heavy item, simply install multiple myLifters and synchronize them so you can control all the gadgets at the same time.

And what’s more, they can even communicate amongst each other to make sure the object is lifted evenly from all sides. A cable management system has also been built into it and so are security features that refuse to lift objects that weigh more than 50 pounds. An internal brake system can also be found in it.
