It’s amusing how individuals find leaked handsets in bars and flea markets. However, it’s thanks to such tipsters that the mobile terrain gets fueled for major leaks and rumors. Well, now it’s the turn of Gizmodo’s informer who claims that he picked up the Motorola Olympus at a flea market.

Yes, this is the same Olympus which was said to be coming through AT&T in December/January. First, we’ll list out what we have already heard this handset is loaded with, a Tegra 2 chipset and Android 2.2. In addition to that, it’s speculated to be equipped with a screen bigger than that of the 3.7” one of the Defy.

With the MB860 model number, this beauty is said to be fitted with HDMI and microUSB ports as well as a front facing camera. Coming back to the tipster, well Gizmodo elucidates that as the tipster powered on the handset he could access the developers menu which supposedly was loaded with features subsuming a bypass activation screen. From the looks of it, the Olympus has minimum bezel and is stylishly sleek.

We are still on the vigil for more details including the official release date, so watch out for additional information.
