Mobile phones were invented for easy communication on the go and to be connected to your loved ones. Well, today much more functionalities are being offered by the mobile phones. What do you look for while buying a new phone?
A survey commissioned by the Access Systems Americas and conducted by Amplitude Research tells us what the users look for while purchasing a phone. The features that the mobile phone buyers look for are: 33% for video capability, 34% users look for music, 61% for access to the Internet, 63% for email capabilities, 67% for camera and 73% look for text messaging.
Some other findings of the survey are 62% users prefer Bluetooth while 51 percent like using the hands-free microphone. 39% users have added new applications to their mobile phones. 41 % users send or check emails about 1 to 5 times a day while 28% users don’t check emails on phone.
40% users check weather, traffic and stock market alerts on their mobile phones. 30% users prefer their mobile phones to be used for banking transactions. 88% people say that it is very important to have a mobile phone as it is helpful during emergency.
Well, we can say that today mobile phones are not limited only for calling, they provide various other aspects too.
