The Mercury mTab Neo has recently hit the shores of India. Announced by Kobian, this fresh entrant in the Indian tablet market operates on a 1GHz dual core processor and is powered by the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.

The Mercury mobile device is capable of lending support to a variety of connectivity options such as Bluetooth 3.0, in-built 3G (GSM / WCDMA) and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g. Running on a 4000mAh battery, it comes embedded with a mini-USB port, HDMI output and TF card slot.

This slate boasts of a 0.3MP front facing camera and a 2MP rear facing snapper along with dual built-in speakers. It is integrated with SIM support which facilitates voice calling through a mobile network. Incorporated with 4GB of internal storage capacity, the mTab Neo lets users expand the memory up to 32GB via the microSD card slot. Furthermore, owners can view content in HD through the 7-inch 16:9 capacitive multi-touch screen that it possesses.

The Mercury mTab Neo price is Rs. 16,000 and it is now available at authorized electronic stores across India along with a one year warranty.
