The Meizu m2 note has been launched in India priced at Rs 9999 and will go on sale exclusively through Amazon India from August 10. The mid-range phone was released in China back in June and has made a few improvements over the m1, its previous iteration.
The most notable update in the 4G-enabled Meizu m2 note is its processor, now upgraded to a 64-bit octa-core 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6753 CPU coupled with a 64-bit Mali T720 triple-core GPU. Assisting it in its daily operations is a slightly smaller Sony 3100mAh battery rather than the 3140mAh one found in the older smartphone.
The m2 note has a respectable set of specs for a mid-range phone. It possesses a 5.5-inch full HD Sharp IGZO screen with Asahi Dragontrail Glass and a pixel density of 403ppi. On the memory front, the handset contains 2GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM. It features a hybrid dual-SIM slot which can support a microSD card of up to 128GB.

The camera department of the Meizu phone houses a rear 13MP Samsung CMOS lens accompanied by dual-tone LED flash and Gorilla Glass 3, along with a 5MP front snapper that has a 69-degree wide viewing angle. The device runs on its own Flyme 4.5 OS based on Android 5.0 Lollipop. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 2.0, A-GPS and GLONASS.

All three have similar features, except that the Lenovo device has a 1.7GHz octa-core Mediatek MT6752 SoC and 3000mAh battery whereas the Yu handset comes with a 1.5GHz octa-core Snapdragon 615 chipset and 2500mAh battery.
