Mashreq and PayMate have teamed up to launch a comprehensive mobile payment service in the UAE. PayMate is an SMS based service that allows users to make payments via their mobile phones.
This easy to use service enables you to make payments through mobile phones for over-the-counter shopping, utility bills, online purchases and also on purchase of flight and movie tickets. To make payments, you can either punch your credit card details on the mobile application or simply enter the PayMate PIN.

To take complete advantage of PayMate’s free mobile payment service, customers are entitled to a one-time registration in order to link the Mashreq account to their mobile phones. This service also ensures secure mode of payment as each transaction will be authorized by a 4-digit PIN.
The mobile payment service works well on any mobile phone and provides an easy and quick way for users to make payments via their mobile phones. This service will be available to 3.5 million credit card users in the UAE and to half a million Mashreq Bank account holders.
