LG G Flex may come to India by next week, to be priced at Rs 66,900

The LG G Flex is all set to be made available in India in the next 2 to 3 days and a rather heavy retail tag that reads Rs 66,900 will be attached to the gadget. Its actual cost has been tagged at Rs 69,999, but potential buyers can purchase it for the aforesaid best buy price.

Back in December, LG had hosted an event in India to unveil the smartphone and announced that the G Flex will be here in February. And now, an e-retailer that goes by the Twitter handle @Maheshtelecom has revealed that it will be up for grabs within a few days.

Here’s a quick recap of the device which is the first curvy phone in the world that actually flexes. The phablet shows off a 6-inch POLED multi-touch display that is capable of rendering good-quality HD visuals in 1280 x 720p resolution. And the device with a vertical curve comes packed within a chassis with dimensions of 160.5 x 81.6 x 7.9 to 8.7 millimeters. It tips the scales at 177 grams.

Within the curvaceous exterior, you will find a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset that can clock in a speed of 2.2GHz and 2GB of RAM for its assistance. Android 4.2.2 is responsible for maintaining an intuitive interface and it draws power from a non-removable battery that has a capacity of 3500mAh.

The LG G Flex should be up for grabs in India by next week.
