Recently, we had penned a post pertaining to the MewSim app making its way to the App Store. Now iTunes has a new addition, entitled Kiko: The Last Totem. Fabulapps, its developer elucidates that the game will go live on October 28, 2010. It intends to unfurl the full potential of social gaming.

In this puzzle game, iPhone owners have to solve levels across three different and beautiful worlds collecting the 15 lost pieces of the ‘last totem’. It’s adorable main character, Kiko was safeguarding the last totem of the gods until Yaru, the Lord of the forbidden mountain, stole it. With an easy to learn gameplay, this title is even loaded with cool sound effects.

“By adding the ability for a player to create new levels, in addition to solving our 150 existing levels,” commneted Thomas Pagot, co-founder of Fabulapps, “we have given players infinite possibilities for expanding the game, and we took it a step further by letting players send their custom levels directly to their friends and challenge them. This game is very addicting and we’re already at work designing a Mac version that will be released soon.”

Augmented for the iPhone 4 Retina Display, the game enables players to allocate up to four different profiles on their device. This allows multiple friends to play without hindering anyone else’s progress. Kiko: The Last Totem is compatible with Apple’s Game Center, which lets members join in on multiplayer games, share game achievements with friends and access leaderboards. All this can only be done by games which are compliant with it like the present one.

Kiko: The Last Totem will be available on the App Store by October 28, 2010.
