iVdopia steps in with new Viper ads on iPhone

Here’s a new way to view an interactive ad on the iPhone. iVdopia has just come up with its new Viper ads that offer iPhone users a higher level of interactivity featuring the new swipe effect.

With these Viper ads, users will be able to swipe their fingertips in order to wipe away an image on their screen and reveal a range of interactive options. From these options, users can purchase tickets of the movie featured in the ad, visit the film’s website, watch a video or share the clip via Facebook or Twitter. All this can be done while staying within the application on users’ mobile.

“As the largest mobile video ad network, iVdopia is providing newer and more effective ways to utilize the iPhone and iPad touch interactivity. What we’re doing with the Viper swiping action really gives consumers a new way to explore the ads. With Viper ads, iVdopia enhances interactivity as users can access a host of social media features within the ad. Now, they don’t have to shake their phone, and risk dropping the device, to enjoy a full range of interactive options,” explained iVdopia Chief Operating Officer Chhavi Upadhyay.

The Viper ads are the latest innovation of iVdopia which allows users to swipe on the screen instead of facing the trouble of ‘shaking’ their iPhone. This particular feature minimizes the risk of users’ iPhone slipping away.

iVdopia unboxed the first mobile ads back in March 2009 that allowed users to stay within the application. Recently, the company revealed its first social media ads for mobile with Talk2Me.
