Volantis logo Working its way through the FCC is the HTC Neon400, a CDMA complementary to HTC’s Touch Dual. It was identified outside the FCC laboratory to encounter some brutal surveillance prior to setting foot into the world of CDMA and GSM phones.

The Taiwanese smartphone makers are all geared up to reproduce a touchscreen Windows mobile making the HTC Neon 400 a rightful HTC alteration that incorporates TouchFlo magic and CDMA functions. The HTC NEON400 phone has not changed much on the interiors with a 256MB ROM, 128MB RAM, a 2.6 inch touchscreen, Bluetooth 2.0, a MicroSD slot and WiFi except the inception of a CDMA radio.

A conventional user interface enabling easy navigation and dialing are the features highlighted in the HTC Neon400. The CDMA radio is of course the thrill of the phone. Contemplating to be genuinely secured for a CDMA HTC Touch Dual, it is expected to effortlessly pass the FCC check. The HTC Neon400 is expected to encroach North American markets.
