HTC Knight designated PG0610 espied on Best Buy data transfer system

HTC Knight Best Buy Previously, too we’ve seen handset manufacturers use a myriad of names for a single device (as in the case of the BlackBerry Style 9670). Another device now being rumored for almost a couple of months is the HTC Knight which is even known as Speedy or the EVO Shift 4G. Apparently, the Knight codenamed PG0610 has been spotted in Best Buy’s data transfer system by AndroidCentral.

Said to be Sprint’s answer to the T-Mobile G2, this phone was previously glimpsed with the model number A7373 in the carrier’s database. Fitted with a slide out QWERTY keypad, there are chances that this beauty might run on dual core processors as that seems to be ‘in fashion’ these days.

Not much is known about this handset, other than its 3.7 inch screen size and a possibility of it operating on Android although which version is still unclear. With the year pulling to the finish line, 2011 will be loaded with a fresh lineup of mobile phones. Earlier, this smartphone was rumored to be releasing by January 9, 2011, which will be just in time for the CES.
