Just released in India, the HTC EVO 3D smartphone is based on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S3 mobile processor. Claiming to offer its users a rich 3D experience sans glasses, the device enables them to view content in 3D and share it with others through its speedy connectivity functions.

Running on Gingerbread, the new HTC EVO 3D embeds a QHD 3D 4.3-inch display along with a dual 5MP camera for capturing 3D images and videos. The HTC EVO 3D is powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor and incorporates 4GB internal memory. This Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled handset is capable of supporting up to 32GB through its microSD slot.

The smartphone’s 3G mobile hotspot capability enables it to provide support for up to eight Wi-Fi enabled devices at the same time. Besides offering users’ access to the Android Market teeming with millions of apps, the device also integrates Google mobile services like Google Search, Gmail, Google Maps with Navigation, Google Calendar, Voice Actions and YouTube. Furthermore, users of this smartphone, which accommodates GPS, can benefit from the instant messaging along with corporate and personal e-mail features.

The HTC EVO 3D smartphone will be available for a price of Rs. 35,990 at all authorized HTC resellers across India.
