Ever thought of matching tweets with corresponding funny images? Well, here’s a way! FunMobility declared the release of FunTweet, a web service which can convert any Twitter stream into visual messages that are connected to the text.
This web service not only enables users to mail in their tweets, but also crafts the simplest tweets to be exciting, amusing and enjoyable when the text turns into an equivalent image. FunTweet is said to be based on the same principal technology as the FunMail iPhone app. The company considers that FunTweet can turn into an incredible public exhibit tool for parties, conferences and other gatherings where live stream messages may be displayed.
FunMobility CEO Adam Lavine, commented, “A fantastic way to use FunTweet is at a party. Just leave your page running, and watch as new tweets come in. We expect to see more and more of this at conferences and business dinners also. FunTweet can also be tweaked to be relevant, random, or somewhere in-between – whatever the host would like.”
Using FunTweet is pretty simple. People have to log in at FunTweet.com with their Twitter account. FunTweet will draft their Twitter homepage feed and exhibit every tweet as a FunMail. Also, users can key in a @UserName, #HashTag or a Subject as well. The web service can mechanically choose one FunMail picture to show for each tweet. If one likes the photo, they can click the FunTweet button and it will be mailed to their Twitter page. But if people do not like the picture, they can click on ‘Try Again’ to select other images.
FunTweet can be accessible from FunTweet.it. The Funmail Android app can be downloaded from the Android Market. Moreover, FunMail for iPhone is available for no charge and can be downloaded at the iTunes Store.
