Lately, Google Voice users have been complaining of constant dropping of ongoing calls. According to TechCrunch, some customers have unfortunately been facing a sudden cut off Google Voice phone calls. It has been noticed that the booting of calls mostly happens after the completion of 15 minutes on a call.
One user in the Google support forum expressed “Almost every call I make now dropping at 15 minutes and some seconds.”
In response to the problem the company stated, “Thank you everyone for your reports. We identified the cause of the 15 minute dropped call problem and we expect the issue to be resolved now. If you continue to see this issue, we appreciate your feedback.”
Google seems to be in the middle of a faulty service, quite unlike the company. An unsolved issue like this appears to have annoyed many of its users. The case has been taken up by the company and they will soon solve this mysterious problem soon.
Let’s hope the dropping of calls will be addressed by Google at the earliest so that users can enjoy uninterrupted calls like before.
