Google Sync enhanced for iPhone

Just this week, Google enriched its search features with shortcuts and markers. Now, Google Sync has been updated with three new additions to help sync Gmail, calendar and contacts efficiently for iOS devices.

With this upgrade, native mail and calendar apps are kept in sync with users’ Gmail, Calendar and Contacts. The iOS calendar app will now allow people to accept, refuse or edit calendar events, according to their preference.

Those who have multiple addresses for a only one Gmail account may want ot take advantage of the ‘Send Mail as’ feature. This will enable such users to send a message with any of their other e-mail IDs listed as the sender in place of the actual Gmail address. The iOS mail app will pay attention to the settings.

These developments can be accessed through both, Gmail and Google Apps e-mail accounts. The Google Sync upgrade has been set for iPhone and iPad users.
