An update to Google Maps for iPhone has claimed availability status and is now accessible by users. The version 1.1 tool has been optimized with a few new features that should come as a boon to Apple patrons.

However, the maker states that all the enlisted features are offered only in select markets. The English version of the application is progressively being made available in several new regions like Bahrain, Egypt, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
