Google Apps come to Main Street Broadband

IKANO Logo Main Street Broadband has declared to team up with IKANO Communications, in order to bring Main Street Mail to its users via Google Apps. This signifies that Main Street Mail subscribers can now access Google’s mail and other communication tools such as Gmail with anti-spam and anti-virus protection, Google Docs collaboration, Google calendar, Google Talk and a customizable Main Street Broadband homepage.

Users will be able to check their Main Street Mail powered by Google, from any internet-connected computer and most mobile devices inclusive of Blackberry and Windows Mobile. This application has also been released for the iPhone and claims to provide Main Street Mail with greater mobility and productivity anytime, anywhere.

Seemingly, Google Apps will be in a position to deliver better email experience, owing to the enhanced webmail functionality and features. Users can also enjoy productivity and collaboration tools, as well as share documents and calendars with co-workers, friends and family.
