Fujitsu Arrows Tab Wi-Fi QH55/J, FAR70B price and release date revealed

The Fujitsu Arrows Tab Wi-Fi FAR70B and QH55/J price and release date have been disclosed and can soon be purchased from stores in Japan. The first tablet runs on Android 4.0 and the second one comes with Windows 8 preloaded.

The Arrows Tab Wi-Fi FAR70B consists of a quad core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor with a speed of 1.7GHz. It has an internal memory of 32GB and 2GB of RAM. This device achieves enhanced security by limiting accessibility to only registered users through a fingerprint sensor. Security can further be enforced by using the sensor in conjunction with a privacy mode and a password manager.

It comes with an 8.1MP main camera. The front panel has a 10.1-inch WUXGA screen and a 1.3MP lens. The 10,080mAh battery provides a standby time of around 2100 hours. Moreover, it aims to cater to customers of different ages through the Style Switcher tool. This feature enables users to opt for either the ‘Kid’s Style’ or the ‘Easy Style’ layouts, and they can also choose from a range of pre-loaded designs.

The second device, the QH55/J boasts of 64GB memory and 2GB of RAM. This tablet has a 10.1-inch LCD display and comes without Microsoft Office. It consists of a 1.8GHz Intel Atom Z2760 processor and a battery capacity of 29Wh. Additionally, the slate comes with geomagnetic, gyro as well as light sensors and GPS. It also encompasses an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front snapper.

Android Model

Both tablets possess features that allow them to be used in diverse environments. They have not only been made dust- and water- resistant, but also designed in such a way that makes portability easy. These slates are also slim with their thickness being just 9.9mm and they are extremely lightweight as well. As per the manufacturer’s claims, the FAR70B goes one step further by being graced with the hair-thin processing technology that makes it difficult for the device to slip off while held in the hand. Both provide connectivity options through wireless LAN and Bluetooth.

The price of the Fujitsu Arrows Tab Wi-Fi FAR70B and the QH55/J amounts to ¥84,800 and ¥74,800, respectively. The release date of the former would be February 15 and that of the latter will be March 2. Both are available online through the Web Mart for pre-order.
