Palm Pre users are now geared with the FlightView app enabling them to design a systematic travel plan. The app helps users by providing them with updated information about the location of the flight, followed by flight number.
It also gives flight information on the basis of departure and arrival cities. Travelers can also verify their status even before they leave for the airport. Also this app enables users to monitor the flight while on the move and they can also confirm their connection status and gates.

With this app, travelers are instantly warned in case of any changes in the flight schedule like delays or cancellations. It makes use of Pre notifications and keeps the user informed about status changes or delays even in times when the notifications are closed.
The Pre Calendar can be synchronized with this app enabling travelers to glance over their travel plans, such that it does not collide with the previous bookings. Moreover the calendar shows flight details and arrival to departure schedules.
This app also features a note field that deals with each and every aspect of a trip like car rentals, hotel reservations and more. Phone numbers, reservation numbers and locations are all put together in one place simplifying the work of users.
The app is accessible through the on device beta App Catalog on the Pre.
