A Big news appeared on the FCC website about a new phone. The website displayed the soon to be released – Vodafone’s exclusive Windows Mobile operating system smart phone manufactured by ZTE, named Vodafone 1231. The new Vodafone phone has a full QWERTY keyboard and GPS support.
Vodafone 1231 has a large 2.5 inch 320 x 240 pixels for display with 65k colors that makes the phone special in use and its color will surely attract the audiences. The phone will be a tri-band GPRS/EDGE smart phone. It integrates 1.3 MP camera and a 64 MB memory to store in your data and also offers a microSD card slot to increase the memory storage capacity. Vodafone 1231 weighs 130 grams and its battery life is 1100 mAh.
The phone will not be a high-technology phone as the phone does not inherit the 3G and Wi-fi technology that is necessary for business applications and also required to be in the competition today with so many phones coming up with the enhanced and better technologies. It’s a pocket phone that is easy to carry along.
Vodafone 1231 has been approved by the FCC but the pricing and availability details are not yet out.
