Here’s some really good news! According to the Official Evernote Blog, Apple has recently approved the latest version of Evernote for iPhone, the v3.3.2. The new update comes with major fixes and improvements along with a new feature.
Evernote has fixed all known syncing and crashing bugs that affected some users of the previous version, including the ‘u2’ sync bug. Users can now cotton to the highly enhanced sync performance, especially during the ‘Syncing headers’ phase.
Apart from this, the new version puts forth improvements in multiple searching and maps. For those unfamiliar, sync error ‘u2’ makes it possible to create a totally empty note on the iPhone. The app doesn’t know how to sync this note, which causes a sync error. The new v3.3.2 version has now fixed up this issue.
On the other hand, ‘immediate crash on start’ that sometimes puts the client into this state if they quit the application in the middle of editing a note has also been fixed. Just to notify, with Evernote application, users can remember things big and small from their notable life using their computer, mobile device, and the web.
