One of the peskiest problems faced by many people is the need to sign that official or personal document when its hard copy isn’t ready at hand. In its bid to assuage this difficulty, Glykka has announced the EasySign app that lets users sign and fill any document using Apple iOS devices like the iPhone.

With EasySign, people can easily sign and fill PDF, Word, Excel, Powerpoint as well as documents with html, jpeg, png, bmp, text, rtf extensions. Additional details such as date, name initials or any other text field can be inserted with the help of this app.

Up to three persons can simultaneously sign the same document using customized ink colors namely black, red and blue. Anyone can import the concerned document by e-mailing the attachment to [email protected] from a desktop or browser. Alternatively, a picture of the document can be clicked and mailed to the said address.

The app allows users to preview the final signed document and save it as a new PDF file that is ready to be emailed to anyone. It is a pay as you go mobile e-signature app which is free in case of the first three documents.

EasySign is available on the iTunes App Store absolutely free of cost, while credits can be purchased in the packs of 5, 10, or 20 documents using the In-App purchase option.
