BlueToad LogoiPhone users are all set to receive a new app. Well, BlueToad declared that it will release an app to publishers wanting to brand their digital publication by means of an iPhone app.

This app may certainly benefit several publishers. Magazine publishers will get to gain as this app will generate internet ad revenue for them.

Paul DeHart, President of BlueToad, commented, “BlueToad publications are already compatible with the iPhone and the Kindle via the devices’ internet browser. The next evolution of our technology is the iPhone app. Subscribers will be able to download the app and receive magazine content via BlueToad’s digital format right on their iPhone screen.”

Internet seems to be hottest medium for producing revenue for the ads. The trend appears to have shifted from print ads to internet ads.

This iPhone app is scheduled to be accessible to publishers from January 2010.
