The smartphone has been fabricated distinctly for young users who tend to go overboard with text messages. Its main target is heavy text message users. Launched at back-to school time, the Blitz sports a neat slide out QWERTY keyboard which gives easy access to a dedicated My Messaging key. A 2.2” screen gives a great Web browsing experience.

A youth-centric device, Blitz boasts of a built-in MP3 music player that’s compatible with Verizon’s V CAST Music and DRM-free Rhapsody’s library of more than 5 million downloadable songs. It additionally features a naive 1.3 megapixel camera, a microSD slot expandable up to 4GB, a Bluetooth speaker, VZ Navigator and the Chaperone family locator service.
