Big in Japan intros PocketDice iPhone app

PocketDice iPhone App Gamers have got a wonderful companion for their favorite games including Dungeons & Dragons, Warhammer, HeroClix and Mechwarrior. Big in Japan recently devised a new app for the iPhone known as the PocketDice. The app can be downloaded for free at the Apple iTunes App Store.

PocketDice replicates the shaking, tossing and collisions of an actual dice. The dice is presented in a host of textures and styles. The iPhone app features realistic 3D dice motion and is inclusive of physics-based collisions. Further, users can even opt for dice with six, eight, ten, twelve and twenty sides.

Various styles of dice are offered ranging from sharp-edged to smooth polished ones. The iPhone app also presents a wide variety of game backgrounds. The PocketDice is completely customizable enabling users to enjoy the game. The app allows users to replace the missing dice in the old board games.

The app is developed and designed by a team comprising of Tyler Parsons and Jay Shuffler. Parsons is skilled in developing 3D games built for the iPhone which employ the Unity3D gaming engine.
