After offering impressive creations to the hardcore gaming segment, Square Enix has been on a spree for satiating needs of causal enthuasists as well. A couple of days ago, it’s wholly owned subsidiary Taito Corporation unveiled New Bust-A-Move on the App Store. Another chip from the organisation namely Beautiful Game Studios has announced that it will soon unleash Big Hit Baseball for the iPhone.
“Big Hit Baseball like Big Cup Cricket is all about a pick up and play, arcade sports experience. We want players to be able to dip in and out easily as they knock it out of the park,” explained Roy Meredith, General Manager Championship Manager. “Building on the success of Big Cup Cricket we’ve added a name editor to the game so you can put your friends in the lineup, we’ve also got plans for new features post release so there’s lots to come from this great casual, arcade game.”
This innovative game has been designed to unfurl three cup tournaments and showdowns for iPhone users. Players can choose from over 20 diverse teams coming from the Americas as well as Japan. The offering also enables them to not only customize the game but also share their achievements through Game Centre, Facebook and name editor features.
The company has not yet disclosed the official release date of the game. However, Big Hit Baseball is expected to arrive this month on the App Store for the iPhone.
