AT&T recently publicized a new prepaid calling option that will be on hand starting from May 11. This offer provides unlimited nationwide calling for a mere three dollars per day. The customers will conveniently be able to utilize the flexible unlimited calling option and will be charged only those days when GoPhone customers make or receive calls.

There are no roaming or long distance fees on the company’s national wireless network making it a viable option for customers who do not favor that kind of service. Other GoPhone Pay As You Go users and customers using the new GoPhone Unlimited Calling plan will have the same pay pre use rates for text messaging and data service or they can add messaging or data packages. There will be refills sold at more than 200,000 locations across the U.S.

AT&T has a money-saving Unlimited Mobile-to-Mobile plan in place for those customers who primarily call other AT&T mobile subscribers and charges $0.10 for all other calls, for a mere $1 a day.

“Prepaid customers are looking for more flexible options, and this new GoPhone offer bridges the gap between paying as you go and the need for unlimited calling,” stated Judy Cavalieri, vice president of Prepaid Products for AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets. “Customers see value in an unlimited prepaid service that lets them pay only for the days they use and operates on a network they can trust, and GoPhone serves both needs.”

Look for AT&T GoPhone packages, which include a new device plus $15 airtime credit in all AT&T stores as well as other retail locations. Users of other current GoPhone schemes have the option of switching to the unlimited calling plan by calling 611 from their handset, or 800-901-9878 from a landline phone. Feature packages are also available by choosing the option ‘Buy Features’ so users can avail of offers such as unlimited text messaging for $19.99.

AT&T also offers other plans such as “Pick Your Plan” options which enable users to pay in advance for a monthly rate plan without a contract, credit card or deposit. If customers of both these plans have any unused account balances when they refill before their balances expire, they can make use of the Rollover Balance options present in both the offers. It is valid up to the account maximum.
