AT&T subscribers can now call their northern neighbors at affordable rates, the network carrier recently unveiled new wireless rate plans for Canada, with ‘Nation with Canada’ and ‘FamilyTalk with Canada’ schemes.
The new Canada plans seem to be ideal for anyone who regularly calls friends or family in Canada, or anyone who regularly travels to Canada for work or other purposes. The latest plans allow AT&T subscribers to enjoy wireless calls between the US and Canada, without any international long distance charges.
This plan offers anytime and 1,000 nights and weekend minutes for use in the United States and Canada. Further, subscribers can save unused anytime minutes with Rollover. However, unused Rollover Minutes expire after the 12th billing period of the month minutes have been accumulated. It must be noted that calls made from or received in Canada are not considered as Mobile to Mobile Minutes.
Nation with Canada plans begin at $59.99 monthly access. FamilyTalk with Canada plans start at $89.99 monthly access for two lines of service. Both these plans offer data pay-per-use rates of $2/MB. However, activation, fees, taxes and other charges are applicable.
