Kindle Apps Android

This new offering will enable mobile enthusiasts to seamlessly read their most liked books while on-the-move without any interruption. Amazon has now revealed that Kindle apps will be specifically altered for Android, thereby making it easy to access the Kindle Store.

These newly designed apps will help owners ‘Buy Once, Read Everywhere’ on Kindle, iPhone, BlackBerry and Android-based devices. The ‘Buy Once, Read Everywhere’ apps enable users to effortlessly sync and read books, last page read, bookmarks, notes and highlights across various Kindle devices and platforms.

“Kindle is light weight, easy on the eyes with a paper-like Pearl e-ink display, and has a full month of battery life. It’s purpose-built for reading. Many people are buying both a Kindle and an LCD tablet computer,” remarked Dorothy Nicholls, Director, Amazon Kindle. “We’re very excited to support the upcoming Android and Windows LCD tablet computers with free Kindle apps that we’ll tailor for the particular devices. Our Whispersync technology makes it simple to move back and forth between devices. Read on your Kindle, read on your tablet, read on your phone. We’ll keep track of your last page read, and make it easy.”

The company’s interesting Worry-Free Archive intuitively backs up the owner’s books and highlights online in their Kindle library. This content can be wirelessly re-downloaded on any Kindle device or app as per users’ requirements.

Individuals can access these free Kindle apps and enhance their overall Android experience.
