According to CellPhone signal, T-Mobile USA will be ready to launch the Samsung t239 very soon. The phone is touted to be good in terms of features and does not drill a large hole in your pocket as well. Previously, T-Mobile released the Samsung t349 which also presented an affordable price and featured a half-QWERTY keyboard. This slider phone is available in two colors, namely, dark scarlet and grey.
Here’s a run-through of this phone’s features. It has dual band GSM connectivity 850/1900 MHz and a 177 x 220 pixels TFT display. It also packs in features such as Bluetooth and Web2go for easy file transfers on the go and lots more. Additionally, it has myFaves, MMS and VGA photo camera. It has a user memory of 10 MB and has dimensions measuring 1.87 x 3.78 x 0.68 inches.
The pre-pay price of Samsung t239 is $59.99 and according to a post at the Howard Forums, besides T-Mobile, the phone can even be purchased via Sears. There is a possibility that this phone will be offered free on contract by T-Mobile, but the exact date of when this will happen is unknown.
