Adobe unravels various updates to Online Marketing Suite powered by Omniture

Adobe LogoWith the importance of marketing and advertising ever increasing, a new online suite comes to the forefront in order to assist marketers around the globe. Adobe has pulled out some new features and updates for the Adobe Online Marketing Suite, powered by Omniture. The company has decided that from now onwards products from Omniture will fall under the Adobe portfolio and also will be branded with it.

These features would consist of real-time personalization of content for native Blackberry and Android mobile apps and dashboarding enhancements. It is also equipped with advanced bid strategies for Facebook ads, image ad support for the Google Content Network to more easily create and deliver ads coupled with reporting. The company plans on simplifying the entire marketing process with these updates.

“Our focus remains on meeting customer needs and driving innovation into the Adobe Online Marketing Suite,” stated Josh James, senior vice president and general manager, Omniture Business Unit, Adobe Systems Incorporated. “The suite, now bolstered by the resources available through Adobe, continues to resonate with existing and new customers. It is becoming the exception for online marketers to utilize Omniture technology for just online analytics. Our customers are becoming increasingly sophisticated marketers and many of them are adopting multiple solutions within the Online Marketing Suite that help them unlock the power of their data to drive conversion and optimize ad spend.”

The Adobe Test&Target has received updates which lets them customize online content according to the target audience. One of them includes an easier way to alter the user experience and the content delivery of the Android and Blackberry apps in real-time. This can be done directly from the Test&Target online interface. By doing this the marketer can improve the cost effectiveness of the apps. It even enhances the performance of the mobile applications with the help of A/B and multivariate testing, dynamic content targeting and audience segmentation.

The company makes it easier for marketers to access the Google Display Network and easily customize their Facebook ads with the Adobe SearchCenter + in the suite. By adding image support for Google Display Network, they can easily manage and create Google Image ads. Adobe has enhanced dashboards so that users can personalize it. The Adobe Creative Suite 5 earlier featured the Open Source Media Framework (OSMF). However a new update has included video tracking to the OSMF video player.

The suite includes analytics solutions dubbed as Adobe SiteCatalyst and Adobe Discover. These too have received product updates such as the Marketing Channels Report and the Adobe ReportBuilder. With the help of the, Adobe Discover users can appropriately segment and target market according to customer-defined marketing channels for specific customer groups.
