The application offers 5 day local forecasts giving details of high and low temperature and the sky conditions for the day and night, so that in extreme cold situations you can stay indoor only. Location-aware feature has been added along with providing daily and hour by hour forecasts. The animated, satellite and user centric radar gives the user a clear view on the weather condition.
The AccuWeather.com application also provides ideas on the health weather conditions like the Flu Index, air quality, UV and Arthritis Index. It also shows you weather graphs that indicates the situation of extreme weather conditions for the next 8 hours. The weather alarm alerts you from certain bad conditions like the rain, snow, wind, ice and thunderstorms. These warnings can prevent you from facing such situations.
