Motorola introduces MC75 Enterprise Digital Assistant

Motorola MC75 The MC75 is a handset made for the tough-job. The ‘rugged’ Enterprise Digital Assistant, as seen in the picture from Electronista, is meant for mobile enterprises’ on-the-field workers.

The high-end, yet humble looking phone comes with 3G network based on HSDPA and CDMA-EVDO Rev-A and comes integrated with GPS. It provides support to 3G WAN network standards and 802.11a/b/g WLAN standards.

The Motorola people claim it to be the phone for the advanced, next generation.

Motorola MC75 also features:

  • 2 megapixel camera with autofocus
  • 3.5 inch touch screen at 640 x 480 resolution
  • Intel XScale 624MHz processor
  • WiFi connectivity
  • The EDA is powered by the Windows Mobile 6.0 mobile operating system and will be made available worldwide later this year in the third quarter. Motorola Partner Select members and Motorola sales will be offering the phone. Brian Viscount, Motorola’s vice president of product marketing, mobile computing has estimated the price to be between 2,635 and $3,035 based on the configuration, reported Channel Web.
