Since a render of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 had leaked a while ago, it was believed that the phone will grab a newly designed camera module. However, that claim is being challenged now by another render that has come out, showing the device with a very similar camera module to that of the Galaxy Z Fold 3.

Back in May, a leaked render that had come from @OnLeaks and SmartPrix had shown the handset to feature an updated triple-camera layout without any casing around it. But as per the newly leaked render from TechTalkTV, that isn’t true.

As you can see in the image posted above, the new render on the right-hand side shows the Galaxy Z Fold 4 with a similar camera module to that of its predecessor. There’s a silver metallic housing surrounding the three camera modules.

The source also mentions that this new Samsung phone will definitely have a 50MP main camera. That’s quite an upgrade, given that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 offers a trio of 12MP cameras. No other details about this foldable phone have been revealed in this report.

However, we’ve heard in the past that the phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Another important piece of information that had leaked not too long ago was that it might get a wider aspect ratio on its main display. There are even talks about the phone having a slot for the S Pen, which is in line with Samsung’s decision to do the same with the S range.

Although there’s no official date to look forward to, you can expect the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 to be launched in August.
