Following various leaks of its existence, the Oppo N1 Mini smartphone has finally been made official by its Chinese maker. Although some of its key details have been revealed now, some have strangely enough still been kept a secret. They will be disclosed on June 10 when the company will hold another event for the handset.
It’s no surprise that the Oppo N1 Mini has embraced the design language of its parent smartphone. This means the unique swivel camera mechanism has been retained. This 13MP snapper kicks in the Sony 6-element lens and like on the Find 7, a Super Zoom mode enables it to click images at 24MP.
A 5-inch front panel makes its way onto the device, but its all-important resolution still remains a mystery. Oppo has also decided to keep the processor a secret until June 10. Various rumors however, have indicated that an octa core ticker either from MediaTek or Samsung will find its way into it.
The N1 Mini runs Android 4.4 KitKat and grabs a coating of the company’s very own Color OS 1.4. Moreover, it has also been revealed to be a 4G LTE-capable handset for compatible markets.
