Adding to the fast expanding market of tablets is the newly unveiled ZTE V9A Light Tab 2 which is now available for pre-order through online retailer Clove. This fresh slate is powered by the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS and operates on a 1.4GHz processor.
Users of the forthcoming ZTE mobile device can store multimedia content such as music, documents, pictures, videos and other such files in the 4GB internal memory that it provides them with. If the integrated storage capacity seems to fall short, they are allowed to extend it up to 32GB by inserting a microSD card.
The V9A Light Tab 2 lets snap happy owners have their fill of capturing pictures and videos through the integrated 0.3MP front facing secondary snapper and the 3.2MP rear facing primary camera. According to the official Clove blog, this tablet seems to portray quite a slim appearance with a thin profile measuring only 12.6mm in thickness.
Incorporated with in-built GPS, the freshly disclosed slate lets users navigate with ease while walking or driving around in a car. It is capable of lending support to a variety of connectivity options such as Bluetooth 2.1, 3G and Wi-Fi. Running on a 3400mAh battery and weighing less than 400g, the tablet appears to be a portable and easy to carry device.
The ZTE V9A Light Tab 2 price reads at £235 and it can now be pre-ordered online at clove.co.uk. The tablet is scheduled to commence shipping by the end of February.
