LG Optimus 7 Telus

Back in the month of October, LG had raised the curtains to showcase the Optimus 7 and 7Q operating on Windows Phone 7. Subsequently, Telus put up the Optimus 7 and the HTC 7 Surround for $99 with a three-year promotional plan. The carrier has now cut the price of the LG WP7-based smartphone down to a mere $49.99 with a three year plan from the original $249.99.

As for the technical details of this device, it comes with a wide touchscreen LCD display sized up at 3.8 inches. The Optimus 7 flaunts a 5 megapixel camera with flash and 720p HD video recording. Other specifications include Bluetooth, 16GB of internal memory, integrated Bing search, WiFi, and much more.

Surprisingly, the prices of only the 3-year contract have been reduced, the rest of them remain unchanged. Mobile enthusiasts who procure this device with a one-year or two-year plan will have to shell out the usual $499.99 or $399.99, respectively.

The Telus LG Optimus can now be procured for $49.99 with a three year agreement. Head over to the official Telus website for more information.
