The Lenovo A-series range of smartphones now has some new members namely, A269i, A369i, A516 and A850. All of these Android gadgets fall in the budget friendly category and carry price tags that read anything between Rs 5,500 and Rs 16,000. Interested users will be able to pick these devices up from October onwards.
Let’s first take a look at the A850’s features. The phablet’s front panel is dominated by a 5.5-inch display deployed with IPS technology that offers a wide viewing angle of 178 degrees. Complete with dual SIM card slots, the device is also graced by a 5MP rear camera and binges on the Android Jelly Bean 4.2 platform. Although it has merely 4GB of onboard memory, it can be expanded further by up to 32GB.
The A516’s 4.5-inch touchscreen has a wide viewing angle of 178 degrees and a 5MP rear camera rests on the rear side as well. This dual SIM Jelly Bean device allows users to expand its internal storage by up to 32GB and takes assistance from a dual core SoC sprinting at a speed of 1.3GHz to ensure smooth multitasking at all times.
Next up is the Lenovo A369i which is a compact 4-inch device complete with a 5MP snapper, dual SIM card slots and 4GB memory with an option to expand it further by up to 32GB using a microSD card. The internal working of this gadget is carried out under the supervision of a 1.3GHz dual core processor as well as 512MB of RAM. And as far as the A269i is concerned, it extends support to two SIM cards as well and the 3.5-inch smartphone plays host to a 1GHz dual core chipset too.
The Lenovo A269i and A369i will be up for sale for Rs 5,499 and Rs 6,999, respectively. The A850 will set users back by Rs 15,999, while the A516 carries a retail tag of Rs 10,999.
