To inject a daily dose of entertainment in your life, ComedyTime and Zannel has launched a new application for the iPhone. The application called Joke-A-Day is the first comedy standup video application available on the iPhone.
The Joke-A-Day application will offer popular standup comedians, their funnysodes as well as short-form episodic programming of ComedyTime. Everyday, the joke of the day video will be delivered to the iPhone.
Moreover, users can also comment and discuss the performance of the comedians instantly in real time. ComedyTime offers short video comedy content for mobile, cable, broadband and broadcast television.
David Goldman, CEO of ComedyTime says, “Our focus on mobile entertainment is a perfect match for Zannel’s technology,” and he further adds, “We’re excited to provide a place for stand-up comedians around the country to reach their fans on their iPhones.”
The Joke-A-Day is one of the three applications to be released by Zannel. The application should keep users entertained even while on the go with its effortless access for comedy videos.
The Joke-A-Day application will be released by next month whereas its pricing details are not known yet.
