Well, Adobe now reveals to bring this to mobile devices with the Flash player 10.1. Users may avail of RIAs, music, videos, games, apps and more through browsers on their for mobile phones and tablets.

The player supports accelerometer that allows users to view content in landscape as well as portrait mode. It also allows zooming the data which is being viewed to a full screen mode with the Smart Zooming functionality. The Smart Rendering capability runs the content only when it can be viewed on the screen, thus reducing power and CPU usage. The player is automatically turned into the screen saver mode with the Sleep Mode option.

Consumption of resources is controlled and unnecessary usage of memory is reduced by up to 50% thanks to the Advanced Out-of-Memory management. The player flaunts the ability to pause automatically in case of an incoming phone calls or switching from the browser to other app on the phone. It resumes where it paused, once users switch back to the browser. Flash player 10.1 will be available for almost all smart phones and tablets that run on Froyo.

Some of the devices integrating the player are expected to be Motorola Droid and Milestone, HTC Desire and Evo, Google Nexus One, Samsung Galaxy S and more. The player is expected to be operable with devices powered by Symbian, Android, BlackBerry, future versions of Windows Phone, webOS, LiMo, MeeGo OS in a few months. Certain tablets, mobile phones and other gadgets will come pre-installed with the player in the coming months.

It will also be available through over-the-air downloads that includes system software updates, content triggered downloads and on-device app catalogs like Android Market, Adobe Labs and more. The pricing details of the player are unclear.
