Motorola unveiled its new slim Razr XT910 smartphone in China recently. With a thickness of only 7.1mm, this handset operates on a dual core 1.2GHz processor and is integrated with 1GB RAM.

The Razr XT910 features diamond-cut aluminum accents and is embedded with a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Advanced display. Engineered from Kevlar fiber and Corning Gorilla glass, it comes coated with a splash-guard exterior and internals. The Motorola smartphone runs on Android 2.3 and is pre-installed with the Motocast app that allows users to stream or download music and pictures from the PC to the handset.

Frank Meng, corporate vice president and president of Motorola Mobility, China explained, “The original Motorola Razr turned mobile phones into objects of desire for the first time, here in China and around the world. With the new Motorola Razr XT910, we’ve done it again, with design and abilities that will have you rethinking what an Android smartphone should be. We dare you to pick one up and not be impressed.”

This device is incorporated with an 8MP camera by which users can capture videos in 1080p. It possesses government-grade encryption for securing data like email, contacts and calendar. Also branded as a business ready phone, the device is preloaded with the Motorola Smart Actions app that is said to ease everyday tasks and enable better battery life.

The Motorola Razr XT910 will be available across China starting later this month.
