XtremeMac Luna Voyager II

The Luna Voyager II, a three in one peripheral for iDevices, was recently released by XtremeMac. It serves the purpose of an alarm clock, FM radio and a personal audio system for the iPhone and the iPad as well as the iPod.

The gadget is quite a compact and portable device which can easily be carried along. It occupies a small amount of space and can be placed on the desk or by the bedside. The main function of this peripheral is that of an alarm clock. The incorporated dual independent alarm settings allow users to wake up to the songs of an iPod, FM radio or the standard chimes.

XtremeMac’s latest device comes with a battery backup so that users never miss an alarm. With the auto time set feature, the clock can be operated by simply docking the Apple device to set the time automatically. Users can either set alarms directly from the Apple device with the free Luna Voyager App or physically on the dock itself.

The audio device is capable of offering 4 watts of power and is integrated with dual speakers for delivering quality stereo sound. It comes with an intuitive user interface featuring an easy to read display, brightness control and line-in jack for hooking up other audio devices.

The company says that for enhancing the audio experience, users should download the free Luna Voyager app. The application enables users to set dual independent alarms and wake up to the iPhone, iPad, FM radio or buzzer. It also provides FM radio tuner control and multiple channel presets.

The XtremeMac Luna Voyager II is now available online at Best Buy and XtremeMac.com for a price of $69.99. The Luna Voyager app can be downloaded for free from the App Store.
